Awareness to Action is a dynamic program to help you expand your personal and professional fulfillment. The course is designed to be challenging, enlightening, energizing and fun. You will define your starting point, declare your intended results, explore your inner and outer resources, develop concrete action strategies, give and receive support and enjoy results.
The course will guide you through a process of discovery, clarification and transformation. During the weekly classes, you will receive support, share in the group energy and account for your results. Your weekly homework assignments and tele-buddy relationships will assist you to connect with your passion, deepen your commitments and more clearly articulate your heart s desires.

Faciliation
Throughout the program, you will be guided by a Certified Mindful Coach, a thoroughly trained professional and personal coach dedicated to your fulfillment. Mindful Coaches know that guidance flows from inner wisdom. Your coach will focus on your strengths, facilitate ownership and refrain from imposing his/her own agenda. Your coach is trained in the skills of accountability, acknowledgment, mindful listening, powerful questions, inquiry, clarification, focus, intuition, requests, summary and commitment coaching. Your coach will be respectful and consider your participation confidential.
Additional Methods of Support
Weekly Teleconferences are supportive learning environments where participants receive and share. Teleconferencees meet on the phone via bridge lines connecting participants in a live phone dialogue.
The program also includes a comprehensive workbook with worksheets and contemplation and discovery questions and additional exercises to inspire the process of change.
You are also invited to work with a telebuddy. TeleBuddy sessions with your classmates are brief yet powerful opportunities to touch bases, practice principles of mindful change and be accountable for your results.
