Rooted in NBHWC Content Areas 1, 3, and 4, the experience is immersive, practical, and immediately applicable. You’ll leave with sharper skills, deeper confidence, personalized feedback you can implement right away, and a clear plan for continued growth.

Upon completion of this program, the coach will be able to:

4.  Integrate feedback from peers and mentor observation to refine coaching skills in real time.

5.  Develop a personal professional growth action plan aligned with ethical and competency standards.
