Seasoned and new coaches can benefit from introspection and present moment awareness to assess their capacity to serve without sacrifice, to stay connected with their purpose, and to empower their clients.
Two essential components of the coaching process are self-awareness and presence. NBC-HWCs who learn how expand their self-awareness are better able to assess their capacities, tendencies, strengths and biases in their role as a coach. Learning to be present is key to making meaningful connections with clients, colleagues, and organizations.
Being present allows coaches to assess their options, and discern when, if, and how to sustain or modify their choices.
Upon completion of this program, the coach will be able to:
- Implement strategies to reestablish equilibrium when confronted by a constant or overwhelming urge to do.
- Build trust in the coaching relationship leading to growth and forward progress.
- Recognize obstacles to making meaningful client connections that empower sustainable change.
Also included:
-Participants will receive a link to the Awareness Is Enough: Reflections on Being a Coach eBook. The cost of the eBook is included in the enrollment.
